Get your Will written for you over the phone by one of our specialists - with no payment required until we’ve read to you a Summary of the Will you’ll be buying (and you’ll then receive it by email as soon as you’ve paid).
In just 3 simple steps, including a single phone call, you’ll have a legally-binding Will :
1. Phone Consultation with an Expert
Simply book a call, and one of our Will Specialists will call you.
The first thing they will do is explain the how the process works, and answer any questions and concerns you might have.
When you’re ready to proceed (and this can be during a second call, scheduled at a more convenient time, if you want), our expert will draft the best Will to fit your situation and circumstances, over the phone, there and then.
The drafting part of the call can take anything from 5 minutes to half an hour, depending on how complicated your situation is, and whether or not you also wish to make a Lasting Power of Attorney.
All of our Will Specialists are professionally qualified, have decades of experience, and have been involved in the writing of hundreds - if and in some cases thousands - of Wills.
2. Pay Online before the end of the call
Once the drafting process is complete, our Will Specialist will read to you a summary of what your Will is going to say. If there’s something you want to change then the corrections will be made there and then.
When you’re satisfied, you’ll be emailed (or WhatsApped) a secure payment link, which you can then pay securely online.
The instant that you’ve paid, our Will Specialist will generate your Document Package and it will be emailed to you.
He/she will then stay on the line to ensure that you’ve received the package and, if you ask, will explain the actual wording of the Will to you.
3. Print and Sign
You’ll have received your Document Package by email in PDF format, so all you’ll have to do is print it out. *
At a time convenient to you, sign it in the presence of 2 witnesses, using the instructions provided.
With a few exceptions (e.g. they cannot be blind, as they actually have to see you sign) your witnesses can be anyone over 18. You will find further details in the instructions.

You’ll now have a Will that will be just as legally-binding as if it had been written by a Solicitor - done in a fraction of the time, at a fraction of the cost.
