Your Will is a very important document. It ensures that your Estate can be distributed in the way that you choose and so it is vital that it is kept safe.

We get contacted several times a week by the relatives of recently deceased Customers, and by ‘Will Search’ companies looking for Wills.

We can only assist them if that Customer had stored their signed & witnessed Will with us.

We all know how easy it is to lose or misplace documents that are kept at home, especially if you move house. Furthermore, there is a considerable risk of accidental loss, burglary or destruction by fire, flood or tampering over the many years it is likely to be stored for.

Our storage service is your ‘insurance policy’ and extremely competitively priced. By using our Secure Document Storage Service, you will be ensuring that:-

Your documents are kept in their original condition
Your Executors know of their location
If they don’t, the Will is still going to be found: all ‘Will Search’ companies contact us when they are looking for a Will

How it works

Once you’ve ordered the service, and you’re ready to send your signed & witnessed Will(s) in to our secure facility:-

You contact us via our website, and we email you a self-explanatory Cover Sheet to use to send your Will into our Secure Storage Facility
Once you’ve sent the Will(s) in, you’re then emailed a Storage Certificate
You can then manage your access to your Will(s) - including retrieval - via your online account
Your Executors contact us after you’ve passed on, and we arrange for the Will(s) to be sent to them by Special Delivery

IMPORTANT NOTICE :- When you order our Document Storage Service, we incur set-up costs as soon as we've started to process your order. For this reason, should you later decide that you don't want to use the service, the first payment (and any subsequent payments taken if you don't take this decision straight away) cannot be refunded.
